Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your unworn items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
